Religious leaders, christian faithful and worshippers of Love of Christ Generation Church gathered at its headquarters in Lagos for a press conference ahead of the 2025 Annual General Conference.
The event is scheduled to hold between January 30 and February 2, 2025, has as theme: Preparing The Church for The Set Time,” culled from Psalm 102 verse 13.
In his welcome address, His Most Eminence Prophet Solomon Alao, Supreme Head C&S Unification Church of Nigeria, welcomed guests and attendees.
“The Cherubim and Seraphim Unification Church of Nigeria is no longer a Nigerian-based church, as we operate in Europe, the Americas, Canada and many Countries in Africa.
“The C&S was initiated in 1916 by St.Moses Orimolade Tunolase and formally Christened in 1925 through Divine revelations.
“This explains why my humble self calls the 2025 celebrations coming up in September 2025 as our Christening Anniversary, exactly nine years after St. Moses Orimolade began his mission in Africa,” he said.
Alao also called on President Bola Tinubu to be more proactive in the fight against insecurity and to prevent a spread to the South West region of the country.

“President Tinubu should put tough legislation in place to avert these social vices,” he added.
The Prophet demanded that Nnamdi Kanu be granted Presidential pardon for peace to reign in the land.
“Politicians are using religion and tribalism to divide us and there is need for us to nip this act in the bud,” Also said.
He further urged the Presidency to fight corruption, reduce cost of governance, boost food security and engage religious leaders towards implementing government policies and other policies at the grassroots.
Meanwhile, Rev Mother Esther Ajayi, Founder of Love of Christ Generation Church appreciated Prophet Alao for divine guidance.
She thanked God for the grace while affirming that so much had been done in the area of Evangelism.
“I am hopeful that Nigeria will be great. God will touch the heart of the President and his Cabinet in making Nigeria a country flowing of milk and honey,” she said.
Ajayi noted that the celebration of the 100 years existence of Cherubim and Seraphim later this year would be glorious.
“We are a community placed on the hill and we cannot be hidden,” she said.
