Senator George Akume, was on Wednesday, sworn-in as Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, by President Bola Tinubu.
Also in attendance at the event were Vice President Kashim Shettima, the Senate President, Senator Ahmed Lawan, Kwara State governor, Alhaji AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Dr. FolasadeYemi-Esan, Governor Hycent Alia of Benue State, former governor of Nasarawa state, Tanko Almakura, immediate past SGF, Boss Mustapha, spouse of the new SGF, Mrs, Regina Akume and many other dignitaries.
