A People’s Democratic Party, PDP, female chairmanship aspirant of the Warri South West Local Government Area, Delta State, Chief Rose Tulu, has congratulated Chief Dennis Otuaro, on his appointment as the new Administrator of Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, by President Bola Tinubu.
In her congratulatory message, Tulu described Otuaro’s appointment as well deserved, saying that it is a square peg in a square hole.
The chairmanship hopeful, said that Chief Dennis Otuaro, had been in the forefront of true emancipation of the people of the Niger Delta.
She thanked the President for the choice of a Niger Deltan, who is very grounded, and so much interested in the progress and development of the region.
She said: “We are so excited over the appointment of our own dear brother of the Ijaw nation by President Tinubu as the new Administrator of the PAP.
“We are confident that Chief Otuaro will bring his wealth of experience and technical know-how, to run the PAP office, revamp the programme, and advance the realization of its founding purpose and vision.
“We are confident that he will not disappoint Mr. President and Niger Deltans because we know he will deliver. We, therefore, wish him all the best as he faces the task before him.”
She also called for the support of every critical stakeholder in the region to join hands with the new administrator to succeed, noting that he requires all the needed cooperation of the people to succeed in the onerous assignment.
