The Edo State Development and Property Corporation, ESDPC, has unveiled plans to develop the Phase III of Emotan Gardens City, in partnership with the Nigerian Army.
Managing Director of ESDPC, John Zedomi, disclosed this during a visit to the Post Service Housing Development Limited, PHDL, in Abuja.
He noted that the Emotan Gardens Phase III would be tailored to meet the unique needs of Nigerian Army personnel.
According to him, “Reflecting on the courtesy visit to Post Service Housing Development Limited in Abuja, PHDL, with a specific focus on the development of Emotan Garden City Phase 3 for the Nigeria Army.
“This visit underscored our commitment to enhancing collaborative efforts in providing quality housing solutions for our esteemed armed forces.”
He added: “Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer Post-Service Housing Development Limited, PHDL, Major General J.D Omari. Together, we engaged in insightful discussions regarding the progress and strategic objectives of Emotan Garden City Phase 3, specifically tailored to meet the unique housing needs of the Nigerian Army personnel.”

Noting that the design for the estate is holistic, he said “Our discussions centered on the project’s milestones, including infrastructure development, architectural designs, and sustainable construction practices.
“I was impressed by the dedication of PHDL to ensuring that Emotan Garden City Phase 3 not only meets but exceeds the standards expected by our military personnel and their families.
“I look forward to continued collaboration and shared success in advancing this important project for our Armed Forces,” he added.
