South-South leaders on Thursday urged Nigerians not to work in the shadow of individuals and groups spreading lies.
They also heaped praises on the Senate President, Chief Godswill Akpabio for the tremendous work he is doing for Nigeria.
“Senator Akpabio is a gifted leader, a man of integrity and conviction.”
The leaders in a statement in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, advised Nigerians not to award certificates of merit to people working against the country’s ruling party.
“The move to discredit the leadership of the Senate by concocting lies will only damage the reputation of critics and expose their sinister intention to Nigerians.”
The statement by the Chairman of South-South Front, SSF, Chief John Harry lauded Akpabio for bringing “a much-needed perspective to the Senate, providing the necessary strategic direction to move Nigeria forward?

It highlighted integrity of purpose, exalted patriotism and charming manner of the Senate President.
