The Justice Haruna Tsammani-led Presidential Election Petition Court, PEPC, sitting in Abuja, on Tuesday, admitted presidential election results from 342 Local Government Areas in 17 states across the country at the resumed hearing in the petition by Labour Party, LP and its presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi the February 25, poll.
LP and Obi are in their petition, challenging the declaration of President Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, APC, by Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, as winner of the presidential poll.
The court admitted the evidence as exhibits, despite objections raised by Tinubu, APC and INEC.
LP and Obi are contending in their petition, that Tinubu was not the valid winner of the election and that he (Tinubu) was not qualified to participate in the presidential poll.
