A chieftain of All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze has faulted Forum of APC State Chairmen, over its position on the Rivers APC crisis, particularly their extolling the National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje for his act of contempt, trying to extend the life span of the caretaker committee of Mr. Tony Okocha in contravention of a court judgment.
Eze also called on the media to desist from according any form of recognition to Mr. Okocha, either as Rivers APC Chairman or member thereof, in their publications as there exists only one lawful and undisputed party structure headed by Chief Emeka Beke.
He said that the continuing to do so would mean aligning with political rascals to undermine the authority of the judiciary.
Eze in a statement in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, while reacting to his recent comment against the branches of Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, which had expressed dismay over his unruly comments against the judiciary, restated that Mr. Okocha was an unruly agent, who plays the spoiler’s script for former Rivers governor and therefore, a total stranger, unknown to the the party in the state.
He said: “The NBA is aware and the public is notified to regard all comments of Mr. Okocha on any issue as personal to him and his overlord and not in any way representing, partly or wholly, the opinion of the Rivers State chapter of the APC.
Eze also called on the NBA to decisively deal with Okocha by putting him where he belongs in order that the pile of loathsome garbage he exudes in media spaces and their unhealthy impacts can be treated.

He said: “The uncultured manners, moral defects Mr. Okocha has displayed is such that merit decisive disciplinary measures, in this instance expulsion, but the Rivers APC can only take action against a person who is a member.
“Okocha is not a member of the Rivers APC, his name is nowhere on the party’s register, else he would have been expelled long before now.”
He smacked the Forum of APC State Chairmen, over their position on the Rivers APC crisis, particularly their recent indiscreet chatter, extolling the National Chairman, Ganduje for his bold act of contempt, trying in vain to impudently extend the life span of the caretaker committee in glaring contravention of a subsisting court judgment.
Describing the group as a congregation plundering the spoils gathered by their sponsors, said the group by their action, has signaled to Nigerians that the party was averse to rule of law and orders of court and chooses which decision of court it would obey and the ones to bluff.
Eze reminded the forum that the party in the state was safe in the hands of Chief Beke as Chairman and no amount of conspiracies can thwart a position that has been cemented by a competent court of jurisdiction.
