The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has constituted a Caretaker Committee to run the affairs of the Kogi State Chapter of the party for three months.
PDP National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba in a statement on Wednesday, said:
“The National Working Committee, NWC of the has, on behalf of the National Executive Committee, NEC, pursuant to provisions of the Constitution of the PDP (as amended in 2017), approved the composition of Kogi State Caretaker Committee to run the affairs of the Kogi State Chapter of the Party for a period not exceeding 90 days.
“The members of the Kogi State PDP Caretaker Committee are Sen. Danjuma la’ah, Chairman, Joshua Adejoh, Sunday Shigaba, Paul Ukwenya, Gabriel Olorunnipa, Mo Sule, Chief Dayo Akande, Tola Ade, Audu Idris, Sheidu Abara, Bilikisu Onusaga, Abiola Olajubu and Grace Atawodi as members.
“Phillip Gyunka, to serve as Secretary and Mrs, Maria Adeyemi, Admin Secretary.
“The NWC urges all leaders, critical stakeholders and teeming members of our party in Kogi State to remain united, steadfast and continue to work together for the progress of the party in the state,” the statement added.
