The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has said it would charge arrested Nigerian Air Force, NAF, personnel, released on administrative bail to court at the conclusion of investigations.
EFCC said the officers were released to their Service in strict adherence to the bail procedures of the commission.
It reiterated that no one was above the law and that the due process would be followed in bringing the case to a conclusion.
The commission added that the NAF, personnel granted bail on November 17, 2023, would be charged to court at the conclusion of the ongoing investigation.
