Mr. Philip Shaibu, Edo State Deputy Governor, has felicitated with a prominent Edo North traditional ruler, Otaru of Auchi, HRH Alhaji Aliru Momoh, lkelebe 111.
In his congratulatory message to the foremost royal father, personally signed by him, the Deputy Governor stated: “It is my honour and privilege to heartily felicitate with our royal father on this momentous occasion of your 90th birthday anniversary.
“Your life and reign on the ancient throne of your forebears have ushered in unprecedented peace, progress and development to Auchi Sacred Kingdom.

“Long live Your Royal Highness,” Shaibu added.
